Top Shelf Nuts began with one simple belief: your drink deserves a better snack.
I’m Saju - cofounder, lifelong flavor tinkerer, and the person who kept wondering why beautifully made cocktails, wines, spirits, and craft beers were so often served with snacks that felt like an afterthought.
Plain nuts. Basic pretzels. Generic mixes.
Good enough, maybe. But not memorable.
So I started experimenting at home, roasting small batches of cashews and layering seasonings the way a chef builds a dish - balancing sweetness, heat, citrus, savory depth, and crunch until each bite felt complete.

What started as a personal obsession quickly became a ritual. Friends would come over for a drink, try a handful, and ask the question that sparked everything:
