Top Shelf Nuts began with one simple belief: your drink deserves a better snack.

I’m Saju - cofounder, lifelong flavor tinkerer, and the person who kept wondering why beautifully made cocktails, wines, and spirits were always paired with… bland snacks.

So I started experimenting at home, roasting small batches of cashews and layering seasonings the way a chef builds a dish - balancing sweetness, heat, citrus, and umami until each bite felt complete. Not overpowering. Not one-note. Just right.

What began as a personal obsession quickly became a ritual. Friends would come over for a drink, try a handful, and immediately ask, “Where can I buy these?”

That question is the spark behind Top Shelf Nuts.

Every batch is roasted in New Jersey in limited quantities, then seasoned with blends designed to complement what’s in your glass - bourbon, gin, tequila, craft beer, kombucha, or even a great mocktail.

Our flavors are built with intention:

Hot Honey Butter - warm, buttery, sweet heat that lingers just long enough.
Umami Citrus Zing - bright, savory, and layered with depth you don’t expect from a snack.
